Third owner is selling the aircraft, previous owner had a gear up landing. PropJet was not involved with any of the repairs but while inpecting the aircraft, the repairs look like they were done with good standards. New belly skin was all replaced. Engine was sent to a Rolls-Royce authorized repair facility which on a prop strike requires that all of the gear train in the N-2 section be replaced, they overhauled the compressor case halves along with replacing the #1 and #2 N-1 section wheels. Times remaining are in the upper times description. New Hartzell 3 blade prop was installed at same time.
