Cessna P210N Silver Eagle
Conversion In Progress

Our project of building a showcase worthy Silver Eagle began with the dismantling of an old Silver Eagle airframe. We removed all quality components necessary for conversion including the engine mounts, the extension of the cowlings, Jet A fuel lines, and much more. We began to strip the engine cowling and wheel wells down to the aluminum to cover them in a fresh new coat of paint.
After the mounts and cowling extensions were installed we began installing the cowling air ducts and fine-tune the cowlings. We started to run new avionics and electrical system wiring. New gear doors were installed and fit to perfection. All fuel lines were replaced with proper lines removed from the old conversion. New baggage fuel tanks were installed and the new LED nav/strobe/beacon lights were fit.
All prep was complete, the engine compartment and wheel wells were taped off and painted gunmetal gray. The floor in the cabin was cleaned up and all old insulation was replaced with new sound X insulation. Aerodynamic covers were fabricated for the new LED lights. Nose gear trunnion assembly and main landing gear assembly's were dismantled, powder-coated, and reassembled with new hardware.
All landing gear components were installed and the plane was painted a streamlined blue and silver scheme. Avionics wiring was finishing up and tying up.
